Finding the perfect bra is hard! If the fit isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the shipping date. Please fill out this form so we can process your return or exchange. Returned bras in good condition will be donated to a women's charity.
Upon receiving your order, try on the bra according to the instructions provided with the plastic sheets still on. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date if the plastic sheets have not been removed and the bra has not been worn. If the product looks worn when we receive the product, it will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Please fill out this form so we can process your return or exchange.
We cannot accept refunds or exchanges on silicone nipple covers, socks, laundry mesh bags, and round travel cases. Sale items are also a final sale.
We do quality inspections on our products before we ship them to you. However, If you do receive a product with a defect such as a snag, tear, or hole, please fill out this form so we can send you a replacement. If we determine that you qualify for an exchange, you do not have to send the defective item back to us.

Cancel or change an order?
Please contact us within 24 hours to cancel or change an order. Once you receive an email that your order is processed and ready for delivery, your order cannot be changed.
